  • complex actuarial modelling advise starting from initial phase focused on current solution review, support in selection of most suitable software packages including scenario analysis and if needed proof of concept, and followed by modelling and reporting process architecture design and scaffolding of the projection models to full implementation phase (development, testing, dry-runs)
  • modelling trainings, basic to advanced level, lecturing on best practices and design patterns as well as general programming introduction for actuaries;
  • setting-up new or improvement of the existing actuarial processes, including optimisation, process restructuring and integrations; in other words we are helping our clients with their operational challenges on various stages of their business development, from very beginning to business combinations and takeovers
  • independent view on methodological or valuation aspects, acting as an actuarial independent reviewer, auditor or validator, both for internal and external purposes; in that way we can support our clients highlighting improvement needs in their existing processes and results, or, if required, give external assurance
